Patient Billing

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We take great care to explain our fees as well as estimate your insurance coverage for your endodontic treatment.  We do ask that your initial payment be made when your treatment is started, and the balance be paid on your final visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We at Boston Endodontics feels everyone is entitled to the very best dental care, and that finances should not stand in the way of your optimum oral health.  We offer a 6 month no interest payment plan through ” Care Credit” as a courtesy to our patients.  You can apply online at www.carecredit.com or call 800-365-8295. We will send you a monthly statement so you are aware of your account balance and the status of your insurance carrier payments.  Most insurance companies take 4-6 weeks to process a claim.  Any remaining balance from your initial payment, and after your insurance had paid its portion of the bill, is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan through Care Credit, but that must be done prior to your treatment.
