Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients: therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at the office where you were treated. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Insurance Information

At Boston Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We require a 30 percent deposit on the total fee with the assigned dental benefits at the time of treatment. If your insurance company pays more than 70 percent of the total fee, we will reimburse you immediately. You will be responsible for paying our office for any services provided that are not covered by your insurance and for any fees that are above the amount payable by your benefit program. Some plans indicate that they cover 80 percent of services. That fee is designated by insurance companies and is usually lower than fees charged by your dentist.
