Apicoectomy on tooth #30. Large lesion.

A 42 year old male presented with a Phoenix abscess associated with tooth #30. (Acute exacerbation of a chronic abscess.) This area was asymptomatic for years. Tooth #30 had an old root canal with a post and crown.

Treatment: Apicoectomy with a retrograde with super EBA cement on all roots.
