Conventional Root Canal Therapy

A 35-year-old male presented with a fistula in the upper left posterior quadrant. The patient was referred to our office for an apicoectomy on tooth #14-MB root. Tooth #14 presented with a nice root canal without symptoms. A radiolucent area was present between tooth #13 & 14. The fistula was traced between tooth #13 & 14. Upon further examination, it was found that tooth #13 tested non-vital. Tx: Conventional root canal therapy on tooth #13.
